I know alot of you have sold stuff on ebay and I was hoping maybe you could help me. My company is looking to sell a forklift and is considering using eBay. I understand what is necessary to set up a seller's account, but am unclear about the fees involved. I have not been able to find this information on eBay' site.

How are the Insertion and Final Value fees determined? Are they a fixed amount or are they based on a percentage of the initial and selling value of the item?

    Thanks for your help.

    Ebay Seller's Fees

This may or may not be what you are looking for. I have sold lots of stuff on ebay, but never a high price item like a forklift. Anyway, hope the link helps.

If this is your first item to sell on Ebay, you might be a little disappointed. People are becoming increasingly cautious on Ebay, and if they see that you have no feedback, and that you just recently joined, they might shy away from such a large purchase.
