No, they tell the people they're doing a documentary on volunteers...so that enables them to get the cameras in.
I received an initial offer to be on this show as one of the millionaires -- I decided to pass as the appearance fees were weak and non-negotiable.
Spoiler This couple gave away almost half a million...I believe the others barely went over 100K, some not even close. I didn't realize Curves was that succesful...Nice home, a lot of land, a helicopter, hot air balloon, and so on...they're filthy rich
Spoiler I would have given the most money to no more victims, but it seemed like the autism and Lazarus house were closer to them
Anyone else just a little disappointed to see that the guy who was so great with those kids ended up spending his $10,000 on a purple Cadillac? He apparently is in college, so you would think maybe he would put it towards school or something. Oh well, I guess you gotta have a car, right? Doesn't change the fact that he's really making a difference with those boys. Anyway, pretty cool show. I don't usually like shows like this (Undercover Boss is so fake that it's basically unwatchable), but since it was filmed in Houston, I gave it a shot. May have to add this to my DVR list.
