I have been a season ticket holder for 5 years. I always put my deposit and buy the tickets. This year, due to a family emergency, I will not be in Town to watch next seaon. The rockets will not accept to refund my $2000 deposit. They want to leave it in the account until further notice. Please let me know if you know anyone who had his tickets refunded nd how did you you go about it? Any advice is really appreciated. Cheers.
Maybe they can put it in the deposit for 2010-11? Unless you need the money, then I don't have any ideas other than to keep calling and complaining.
i think it's their policy to not refund the DP, but allow you to upgrade it to better seats on a mini or half season.
they would not not do it??...that sucks...they always want your money so many months in advance its pathetic...I had to rewnew in April before the playoffs for last season even began...ridiculous....
I would say see if you can sell your "rights" to someone else and have the name switched on your deposit... but yeah this probably goes in the hangout.
I'm sure they will refund it, ask to speak to someone else. On a side note last year we only did half and they were going to either refund the card or we would pay the 400 dollar difference for half season. So in my case I know they were willing to refund
I have to agree with Batman Jones - That's a really awful thing for the Rockets organization to do to a loyal fan.
