    Anyone on this board a licensed home inspector? I know there was one inspector on here, but I can't remember his name and if he still does it. Email me at brianvn13@yahoo.com.

    I'm about to have to find one as well (for DFW, though). Seems like a crapshoot to me though. Either go with one that the realtor recommends (which I would rather not do) or pick one out of the phone book...

    LOL. I am a Realtor. I've tried other inspectors before, but trying to find one where I can rely on( truthful and time wise)and build upon that.

    Someone on here raved one time about one guy being really awesome. I PM'd him and he sent me the #. I don't even know the inspector's name but his # is (713) 524-4877.
