As somebody, I think it was Professor Lessig, once said, it's kind of ridiculous to have these kinds of issues decided by a bunch of people who rarely or have never even used the internet. Didn't some Supreme Court justice get mocked by Tom Delay or Hastert or someone for doing research on the internet?
