Scola's contract specs

Hey, does anyone have the details of Scola's contract? Feigen's piece was pretty sketchy when Scola signed the deal and hoopshype is no help.

For what it's worth, seems to me CLE, SAC, and POR are the only good fits for Scola both on the court and under the cap. On the court he can fit in anywhere, but not at those numbers.
