Do we bother resigning him now with Patterson and Hill?

Yes you resign your most consistent player from last year regardless of who you drafted or have on your roster.

Do you really think we're going to go into next year with only a rookie and a second year player with relatively little playing time as our only two power forwards.

It's still a dice roll that either Hill or Patterson develop into a strong starting PF. It would be reckless to move Scola unless you're getting back a sure thing at the 4...or LeBron

Do we bother resigning Landry now that we have Dorsey and Scola? is a question I remember naive folks once asking as well.

What? Hell yeah you re-sign him. You probably trade Hill or Patterson though.

    Of course.

Remember Morey said he would replace Landry?

    Yao / Hayes / Andersen
    Scola / Hill / Patterson
    Ariza / Battier / Jeffries
    Martin / Budinger / Taylor
    Brooks / Lowry

Scola just tweeted about a next teammate. He will be back next year.

I really don't think Scola is going anywhere. Hill maybe.

No way, all star number with a MLE type contract, hard worker, great overall person. If anything Patterson makes Jordan Hill expendible or a trade asset. Apparently the Rockets war room was going nuts when he fell to 14 and had him real high on their list... like #5 or 6. I have been looking forward to Hill showing me alot next year but he could be gone by the beginning of the season or early July.
