On the trade front... I cannot unload Tapani, Prokopec, or Daal for some reason. Doesn't anybody think Tapani is good? The guy is 6-1 and plays for a contender. Prokopec has been nothing but exceptional and gets some k's. Daal is 6-0 and plays for a contender. All three are 18-20 ppg, but nobody wants them....ughh... ------------------ humble, but hungry.
Seeing how everyone, but me, needs pitching, why would you want to unload them? ------------------ One tequila, two tequila, three tequila, floor.
We both have pitching, but I'm overloaded so to speak, and I need some other teams to beat you. So I'm willing to help them and help myself at the same time. I only need four to five guys in the 18-20 range and I'm seeking to improve a bullpen that just isn't getting opportunites (foulke and Williams). I would also like to get another big name player like Bagwell or Sosa. I'm having no luck at all. The Trade market has been dead. I can live with my team as it stands, but I've got some ground to make up. ------------------ humble, but hungry.
Well, no one is bothering to send me any trade offers. *cough cough* ------------------ All hail Fadeaway's Cyberfish -- your 2000-2001 BobFinn* Fantasy Basketball League Champions!
Fade, you and I would have a tough time trading. The only player I want off your team right now is Rivera. I'm not even going to bother asking what it would take to drag him off your team.... ------------------ humble, but hungry.
I just lost Velarde. I'm glad I hung onto Grundzielanek because I was considering dumping him for some prospects. Finn, Jeff Weaver looks like he could be a 20 game winner for any other team but Detroit. He's got good stuff and great command. ------------------ humble, but hungry. Weaver does look great. Little run support in Detroit. He does have a bright future. Wish we could get him on the Astros. ------------------ One tequila, two tequila, three tequila, floor.
