So I noticed today while watching the Grizzlies game that when Ryan Anderson "shows" on Pick and Roll defense, he "shows" too far and not only doesn't get back to his big (Marc Gasol), but also prevents the guard (Beverley) from picking up Mike Conley's drive to the rim. This seems to be an easily correctable mistake and needs to be addressed.
