I thought this was illegal. But I see it so often it is ridiculous. . .. this makes it near impossible for the DB to cover but it helps with high point totals so I doubt we see it enforced. this rule needs to be changed or enforced more .. . 4th and goal .. . run a pick play for an easy 6 [except the Texans] Rocket River
