Given the choice, which would you choose.

    Audi RS6 is so pretty.

But the BMW M5 is a beemer. And you can say cool things like "Who's got the keys to my bimmer."

    ?

Either one is not your average Bimmer.
Both cost around 80k, so if it's image you are worrying about, both will do fine.

I would wait for the next M5, v10 500+ hp, with BMW handling,
    That would be sweet.

M5, and I would never ask that question because no one would touch my keys.

The RS6 is the fastest and finished first in a Car and Driver comparison test with the MB E55 AMG and the Jaguar S-Type R
    RS6 1st place finish

    M5 2nd place finish

I would take the E55 AMG because get a load of these performance numbers:

But wait until the next M5, which is supposed to have a V-10 pumping out 500 h.p. !!!!

I am not attempting to derail the thread, but a few weeks back for about a week I had the opportunity to drive around San Diego in a Cayenne Turbo. That was the single most unbelievable driving vehicles I have ever driven.

A marvelous piece of engineering! If it falls in your price range I strongly suggest giving it a look.
