I live in Ohio and go to the Point just about every year. Its a roller coaster paradise. Last year they had Millennium force which was the tallest coaster at that time. This new one looks like it will be one heck of a ride. I dont think I will be riding the new one its just too high. My kid and the Mrs. will love it though.
No clone, just figured you were yearning for him bad enough to start a new thread asking for him, I'd give you a classic T_J post.
Wow............ I mean, there's not much else you can say, really... Time to update my "things to do before I die" list...
I've actually been to Cedar Point before. Unfortunately it was before they had the Millennium Force roller coaster or whatever its called, but they had SO many bad ass roller coasters and none of the lines were that bad. The place is pretty awesome, you have a great view of the lake at the top of all the roller coasters.... Definitely a bad ass place!
Used to love roller coasters, but haven't been on any in years. It seems that I'm always hanging around people who are too wussy to ride anything faster than a carousel. And that includes my husband. Or else I do have the opportunity to go but it's always at some point where I don't have the money for such things. so, next time I ride anything, whenever that is, I'll be expecting 1992-era coasters. May take a little while to work up to the new stuff.
Behad, alcohol makes people do funny things . This roller coaster looks awesome. Bring it on! I am a fan of all cool coasters and I ride stuff like the Texas Cyclone and Looping Starship religiously. Greased Lightning is weak, you don't have enough time to feel the effects. My favorite ride at Astroworld besides Tidal Wave has to be the Looping starship. Dungeon Drop is cool too, but not as cool as the Tower of Terror at MGM.
Can you believe we have an astronaut in this form!!!! I heard you guys are going to grow flowers in space. Tell us about.
If you're refering to my "it's been done" comment, then I think you missed my attempt at dark humor aimed at another's unfortunate demise. Seems everyone else did, too. Nevermind.
I was referring to the fact you stated you never ever would ride this thing, but alas the joke failed.
