Even though Mickeal was injured it's odd that we kept Hawkins even though Mickeal made the team over him.

What about Quitten. The records may say he was one...but we know in reality he was...well Quitten.

Man, we definitely need to bring back Pig Miller. He's the 2nd greatest Houston Rocket behind Air Bull (who should have his jersey retired!!!).

SirCharles, sorry but the best Rocket of all-time without a doubt is Scotty Brooks.

He played in a preseason game. I remember my sister and I laughing at him running down court.

As for other non rockets: Eric Meek and Roy Rogers. Unless you count summer league play, Terrell Bell and Venson Hamiliton.

Do the Rockets need 15 players on the roster all the time? If yes, then I wonder who will replace Mickeal.
I did see Mickeal play in the preseason at the SG spot against the Blazers and he showed some good defensive skills. I hope he will get another chance in the league.

Foremost, I hope Pete's doctors find a remedy for the blood clots in his feet and legs. Then I hope he gets another shot next year at making the Rockets squad. I've never met him or seen him play, but from what I have read, he seems like the type of solid citizen- outstanding player any team would want. I think we all as a board wish him well.

Maybe you should add a field for "Dollars Collected" so he would appear. They wouldn't help Eric Meek, though. He was drafted but never signed as I recall.

IMHO Micheal was waived to make room on the roster for ... Oscar Torres!

thing that doesn't make sense to me is that the official, 268-page Rockets Media Guide has a section for "Training Camp Invitees." Well, they don't list them all. They have Brown, Mickeal, Hawkins and Torres. No Goodrich, although he was an NBA player the year before.

Makes you wonder who gives the nod to the printing company to tell them which invitees to include in the media guide.
