Back in July I went to the Toyota center open house and purchased season tickets. Since Then I cancelled my season tickets because there was a chance there would be no season at all. The rep was cool and processed my refund about a month ago. I got a nice check from the rockets and thought that was it. 2 days ago I get a package from fed ex and it's tickets to the whole season. I'm confused. Did they make a mistake or did I somehow get free tix??
They most definitely made a mistake in all the confusion. It's now an ethics issue as to whether you point out the mistake or enjoy the ride.
Hey folks, I just got a some Rockets tickets as a gift to a few different games. Unfortunately, I will be out of town for the Jan. 13th game vs. the kings. Is there any way to exchange these for a different date? Has anyone had to deal with a similar situation?
If you want them, call them up and pay for them. If you don't want to pay for them, call them up and tell them they mistakenly sent tickets to you and what should you do. If you have to expend any effort to send them back, ask them what you get for your trouble.
Log in to your online account and check if they billed you for it before you use them. otherwise you'll owe them money.
