@WojYahooNBA: Houston hired Patrick in 2010 as a personnel scout. Previously, Patrick had been an assistant coach at St. Mary's College for four years.
I was fearful about this when I heard the news and they probably could take picks from us, but I'm guessing that this would have been the first thing to leak, not the name of some scout working for us. Let's hope so, anyway.

As punishment, Stern will go get in his time machine, set it for last fall, and block the Gasol trade. Now it makes sense.
Like the image Can't forget McHale's Joe Smith debacle either. There was a report of the Rockets tampering with Dwight Howard 6+ months ago that never really came about -- I think Woj initially said Rockets were one of the teams along with the Nets, then it pretty much drifted away. Sounds like this one is not much of anything though.
