Houston need change much to make playoffs next season:

    1. A good coach.

Rudy gets well or hire a decent coach, I don't know much about NBA's coach market.

    2. A pure point guard.

Sign Jason Kidd please, trade Francis for salary cap. The chance comes up this year and will never again.

Second choice: A. Miller, Francis also has to go.

    3. Several solid veteran.

    Option:

Darrell Armstrong, Toni Kukoc, Kurt Thomas, Brian Grant,
    P.J. Brown, Brent Barry.

    4. Retain Yao Ming and Posey

If Houston can sign Kidd, I am sure we will make playoffs next season and become a championship contender in 2-3 years.

rockets' future as I can see it:

Eddie jailed, Larry fired, Francise exported, Rice retired, MoT started and Yao benched, also CAT got eaten by some cantonese.
