i'm offended when other homers, homers of their home team, call me a homer for loving my home team.

Not really. If you make sound arguments, then you have nothing to worry about. Making insane or bias arguments, you are GOD d#mn Homer, deal with it. Stop acting, like the Rockets had the best lineage in NBA history and claiming Houston didn't get any respect, this year. They choked the season, away. Moreover, if you go out and proposed different trade ideas (similar to on this board) to your non-Rocket friends about how the Rockets can get a superstar, like Dwight Howard, Carmelo Anthony, or top pick. They might have sneaking suspicion of someone who is a delusional homer.

This one kid from school used to say that the Cowboys had all the best players in league at every position. SMDH.

But... Aikman realisticallly (great QB) never compared to Montana, Elway, Favre, Marino, or even in regular season games, Steve Young.

As great as Emmitt he was, may have been neck and neck with Barry Sanders. At the time, I still wonder how would he compare to players, like Jim Brown, Earl Campbell, Gale Sayers, OJ Simpson, or Eric Dickerson, if they were given a world class offensive line for a great span of their careers.

Michael Irvin was excellent, but was he really that much better than Andre Reed, Cris Carter, and briefly Andre Rison and Herman Moore. I do not know why people thought he was better Jerry Rice. I can never wrap my head around that one, especially when he sort of fallen in comparison to younger and more dynamic receivers (Moss, TO, AJ, Fitzgerald, and others).
