The ONE and only good thing to come out of this season is the fact that we are getting to see these young guys get, for the most part, consistant minutes. Kind of paraphrasing what CD said of Luther the other day on 610.."Head probably wasn't even going to see 200 minutes this season, but he is already a 500+ with half the season to go." So true What I want to bring to your attention is this....do you realize that this team is getting younger right before our eyes? I mean look at our roster...Lucas, Hayes, Baxter, Head, MAC, Yao and Stro (All under 27 I think!!!) Also another thing...look at our rookies...they come from WINNING COLLEGE PROGRAMS! If I had all the power in the world, I would buy out Moochie and Bowen and replace them with Hayes and Lucas. It's a shame I dont though I mean Mooch is worthless, and Bowen, well....you all know BRUTAL!! While we have these ROOKS in our organization we need to keep them here, or else some other team will grab a hold of them, and we'll be back to the "oldest team in the league BS!" For all you salary cap guru's...is there any way to buy out Mooch and Bowen and sign Hayes and Lucas?
ya i am liking it. finally some young fresh legs. but baxter and head is the only ones with the real contract. we need to drop moochie and bowen for sure.
Man, it sure was a mistake to have cut Hayes instead of Baxter at the start of the season, wasn't it?
We just need to find a way of keeping Lucas and Hayes....and get rid of dead weight (Bowen and Mooch)
