He never had a chance. Probably isn't ready for the NBA right now. I'll always associate him with "Looks like Tarzan, plays like Jane."

hey he's shooting threes at a better clip than jacobsen. methinks casey is next. why havent we cut rybo yet, is that the dramatic ending to our cuts?

I still think Bowen won't be cut. But, it would also make sense to cut him last. He's a vet that has been with the team for awhile and has a guaranteed contract. It would be disrespectful to cut him before the camp fodder.

That's a shame. He seems like a really nice guy, and a hard worker. Just not ready for the big leagues. Damn, I hope Rybo is next.

You can't cut a guy while he is injured, which bowen is apparently.

Because Rybo last year in the regular season was better than Jacobsen in the pre-season.

So I was wrong. I was guessing Padgett and Azubuike would get the last two spots. I thought they would retain an athletic guy with some potential.

Well, no big deal. I think Jacobsen is next. And it will come down to Sura or Bowen. How does injury play into this?

no surprise. down to 17, two to go.
I guess the next one will be sura's retirement.
then bowen and jacobsen fight for the last one.
padgett 80% makes the team now.

Good looking kid, not very impressive as a player. The "looks like Tarzan, plays like Jane" is priceless, but cruel. This will follow him forever, like a nickname. Who's next? Should be Lucas, but he has a three year deal. He has looked like, well, bad. To be gentle.

I really don't think it's nothing wrong with bowen. He was put on the injure list to protect him from getting cut.

sucks but i think jacobsen will stay he is a good shooter and brings more to the table than bowen does. if jacobsen can work on his lateral speed to help on the perimeter i would venture to say he is a lock to be on the IR for the season. too bad we dont receive/cant get reports on practices where i am sure the coaching staff see the players flaws/strengths to make the decision

There is no injured list. Just an inactive list. But in the preseason, EVERYONE is active. So there's no merit to that argument (no offense).

Bowen and Jacobsen can say goodbye

I wish that kid could have lasted longer

I did not see him play as much as I wanted

Yeah, he's the only one of the training camp fodder playing like he deserves a spot.
