Just wondering, what happened to the "blastoff" design on the Rockets court? It wasn't taken off because of the terrorist attacks, was it? I remember that the Comets played without it too...
The blastoff design was not added to the NEW COURT because if anyone remembers we had a devastating flood in houston which if anyone notice the back and forth wear marks rudy did on the last court are not present on this one....The older court was damaged and this is a new one bought by some college but cannot remember which one. Anyhow this court is lighter in color therefore the blast off design would be kinda bright if it was added....If you go to the upper prom area and look through the glass the net is hardly visible compared to the former court. Also if anyone remembers when the comets played on it this year it was black and color because the flood happend during the comets season...the court border was black in color.
This court is not the same that was borrowed for the Comets. This is their brand new court. Old School
