    Its because they announced its an alnernate they're wearing, not an alternate.

    looks like rockets submitted a black jersey alt. to the nba who then declined so then rockets just made the practice jersey black/red trim... to sell to fans.

    It's wonderful that we will also have alternative jersey that we have long been lacking in. And, you have ignored Luther's 4 assists in that series againest the Jazz. :D

    Time to shoot everyone's hopes down. :(

    The NBA Properties Style guide for the 2008-09 season does NOT include an alternate uniform set for this season. Any changes or additions to any NBA uniforms (from the change in piping on the Nugs jerseys to the Kings new uniforms) will be found in detail there. (And there is SUPPOSED to be no access to the general public...ha!)

    All changes have been unveiled...well sort of.

    LOL. good god. I've been in Tokyo for the past 3 years and L.A. the 2 years before that. but I thought Marvin Zindler died in early 2000. Great to see he's still alive and well enough to work. "Thank you Marvin."
