I figured this is a better place to put it than in the Rockets Forum. I SAW MOOCHIE NORRIS TONIGHT!!! No pics, I didn't have my camera with me, but I swear to you I saw him after the game. I stopped at the Exxon station at Beltway 8 and Westheimer to get a Dr. Pepper and as I pulled up, I saw a Hummer there. I was looking at it and as I drove by the pump Moochie was standing there filling up his car. It was a white Hummer H2. Looked like a pretty standard H2, no chrome rims or anything . . . Anyhow, I went inside and mentioned it to the lady at the counter and she said he fills up there all the time. As I left, Mooch got into the Hummer and turned out of the station right after I did. We drove next to eachother on Westheimer for a bit until he turned into the area that I assume is where he lives. He had someone in the car with him but I couldn't make out who it was. Anyhow, that's the first time I've ever seen a Rockets player outside of a planned event!!! I didn't want to bother him though -- he deserves his privacy as much as anyone . . .

That was the famous rockHEAD! I saw the Utah Jazz yesterday... Malone, Ostertag, Marc Jackson outside of the 4 Season hotel downtown getting on their bus to leave for the game... boring! Moochie has a Hummer and a Beamer? Nice to see that 22.7 million getting put to good use.
I saw Brian Winters at a gas station when he was head coach of the Grizzlies. I met Arthur Griffiths downtown Vancouver when he owned the Grizzlies. and I met Bryant Reeves at the Old Spaghetti Factory in Vancouver. Damn, wish i met somebody actually important.
Hey ya'll. Speaking of Rockets sightings, I was in Sugarland the other day, driving in the heart of New Territory, when I saw a big black hummer roll out from a gated neighborhood. I remember Ming's comments that Francis' hummer was like a 'tank', and was wondering if this could possibly be him. Does anyone know if he's from the Sugarland area, and if not, maybe visiting a friend? The car was definitely high-rollin. Could be a Texan or some other Rockets player for that matter.
