The Rocket whos stock will rise this season will be ........................KENNY THOMAS ............He will average a double D. He gets my vote for the most improved award on the team. Each year in the league he has steadily gotten better
Given enough playing time, I think KT could come close to a double double. The question is, will he get the playing time? I don't see that happening. BTW, that is one weird-ass nickname you have!
I really enjoy his style of b-ball, he as some great moves to the basket but can't always finish it. This is the year he puts it all together. (P.S. ROCKET FRONTCOURT PLAYERS JUST SAY NO TO THE FADEAWAY, TAKE HARD TO THE HOOP!!!!!
I hope Kenny Thomas does well, but if Cato can get 10 points and 10 rebounds a game then this team will be a force to reckon with. Someone just needs to light a fire under his ass.
I agree - Kenny Thomas could put up those kind of numbers. Going to the hole would be great-no fade away. If Cato could score 10 pt and 10 rebounds and 3 blocks - it would be phenomenal- our expectations are not high....
I agree that KT could actually get close to a double double.....and there are three routes to KT getting there.....in the likely order First, Cato get into IR (likely within first five games, finger injury while watching a recorded WNBA game!!!). Likely Mo T play some 5 even if we find a true back-up center --well there can no back-up for Cato, its almost guaranteed starter role for the actula back-up...allows EG some time at 4, giving KT about 25-30 minutes Second, KT get heaved to a PF deficient team in another trade (like being bundled with Walt or Moochie!!!), gets starter role or starter minutes Third, KT grows another 3 inches (two would do!!)... I do not see him getting the minutes required to get to the double double in any other ways....
Kenny Thomas is a good PF, but now he is competing for minutes. He better hope Griffin moves to SF. "Griffin and Morris will become two of the best players in the league in about 3 years. Francis--PG, Morris--SG, Griffin--SF, Mobley--SG/PG. Man look at our unstoppable front court!!!!! I can not wait for the season to start. Fantasy Basketball.
