Very sad to hear of Pedro Gomez' surprising death today at 58. The first time I noticed him was in the early 2000s as he was always on ESPN reporting on Barry Bonds and his HR chase as well as subsequent scandals. I don't know what it was but I always found him to be very genuine and professional on the air. Lots of ESPN reporters I don't think about at all, but I just liked Pedro.

sucks that he is gone, 58 is too young.
