he's similar with chappelle as they grow older, more of their stuff is more of a commentary of politics and life with sprinkles of humor here and there
I swear I heard 50 Cent (Curtis Jackson?) say something similar about his music. When he got rich, he didn’t feel he could properly relate to his fans because he was rapping about street life and physical desires, of which the latter he had achieved and the former he was no longer a part of. So he stopped making music. Did he ever resume? I know he stays relevant with his other business ventures. as for Ricky, he has tons of stuff I find hilarious and lots of stuff I either don’t get or just don’t find funny. As others stated, that awards show speech was next level.
