I've had a bad ebay experience and got retaliatory responses that cratered my rating. I need revenge suggestions that won't cause undue harm and are not illegal, just a little petty satisfaction is all. Disclaimer: this poor person is not a Rox fan.
Did you leave negative feedback first? I only have 1 negative feedback out of 160 positive feedbacks. That one negative feedback I was the Buyer and was really unhappy about the cehapp-a$$ item, needless to say even though I sent money promptly, the seller, who hadn't left me feedback yet, responded by leaving me a negatrive rating, saying that I tried to blackmail him! Whatever! Anyhow, that will always be visible in my rating, SUCKS! Anyhow, the moral of the story, dont leave negative feedback. UNLESS, this guy left it for you, then screw him back and explain your side. Skrewit what else can you do? The sad thing is all you really can do is have a negative feedback war, but not much else. Soooo, what exactly happened?!
I have had about 5 negative feedbacks in about 800 items. Never neutral. One seller left like 4 negatives. He was crazy. Some kid I think. Ticked me off. The other was when I was moving and couldn't respond in time. Some guy was being a dick.
I bought 10 items from the same seller - Little b-ball bobbleheads. They had fixed shipping of 3.00 per item. They were MOC. I had asked the seller for individual shipping or at least good packing to preserve their MOC status. The seller crammed them all into one tiny box with no padding or wrapping and most of them were damaged. I was pissed. I spent 30.00 on shipping and the seller spent 5.05 and damaged the items. Anyway, after seller would not respond, I left negative feedback. The seller then left retaliatory responses (lying retaliatory responses). It verbally escalated from there. by the way, for those that don't know, MOC means Mint ON Card which means unopened item in unblemished package.
Well that really sucks. I got two bobbleheads btw. A Theo Ratliff and Jason Terry limited to 5,000 each if anyone's interested. I'd say sign the guy up for annoying ads and p*rn. It's really frustrating. But I think it's fair.
