Restaurant recommendations

I don't care what city you are in, though I'm mainly interested in Houston, and of course, I'm mainly interested in places I haven't tried before. I may have tried your suggestion, or I may not like it.........but someone else just might. Tell us what you like and why:

I'm only starting this discussion because of this place I tried just recently before Anthony Bourdain's show here in Houston (I think it was the same night as the Pixie's concert).

Their Pho was really good, and my buddy got the curry tofu, and I tasted it--EXCELLENT! Tonight, my wife had the Bo Luc Loc, and I had the spice beef, pork and lemongrass soup which was again excellent. Also, it was the best Vietnamese iced coffee I've ever had.
