    Another update.

They now have an induction video for Hale, and he's also a candidate for the next injection. Of course, he has 70%+ of the vote last I checked.

The latest injection seemed like a remixed version of the last. Entertaining nonetheless.

It will be interesting to see what they do with Hale. He obviously can't die but this means that two guys are going to have received a presumably good version of the serum after Hale gets his.

Maybe they change the story somehow so that Hale gets it last.

Capelli (the first guy) didn't get the full dose right? I was going to say maybe they'd treat Hale's injection (and possibly others) the same way since it seems like Capelli is alive in R2, but I'm not sure why they wouldn't give the remaining soldiers full doses of the serum...unless the first injection led them to reduce the amount for future injections.

I was a little surprised they didn't come up with a way to have Hale go last. I didn't think they'd let us vote for him. Whatever happens Tuesday, it should be interesting...although I guess things have been pretty interesting every week.

Resistance 1 was a blast online, and from the videos, Resistance 2 looks 3X better than that. Can't wait.

P.S. Any Sony shooter will never get to Halo/GoW status. Microsoft sure knows how to market their products.

I was going to say it looked 2.8567X better, but I guess we'll have to agree to disagree. :p

BTW, I think the R2 beta is up now:
    http://beta.myresistance.net/
I think you can log in on the website and get a promo code for the beta (assuming you're accepted). Not sure how, but I think you can log in on your PS3 and download it. Not really sure, just saw someone on NeoGAF saying that he got it working and he's playing the beta. I thought about logging in, but I didn't want to accidentally get an invite w/o having much interest (or time) for the beta. Of course, because I haven't tried to get into the beta, I don't see how I'd get an invite, but just to be on the safe side.

edit: Oh wait, got confused. That guy got an email earlier in the day with a download code. Maybe you can get a email through this too though.

It says I haven't been apporved for the beta, "yet."

I don't if this is a good or bad thing.

I think this is technically a private beta instead of the public beta that will be open later on. Might just be for those that got the Gamepro magazine a while back or something.

A new video at PA suggest maybe Hale won't be going next. We'll see.

New update. Only one person remains, and it looks like they'll speed up the process for him (looks like ~3 days from now).

Forgot to update this thread for Hale's injection, but as expected, he seems to be doing OK. I think in this latest update, there is info about him waking up, although it might have been there previously.

    Possibly the final update?

Danby didn't get injected either. The project was halted and will be continued at another base. Danby will be be transferred to that base due to his expertise in something (that info is classified), although I guess you can make some good guesses on what that is. Hale is awake, as mentioned, and he is "shipping out," which doesn't make Cassie very happy.

It seems like all the main sites have been "attacked" if that makes sense. The americafirstamericaonly site has some letter saying "they're on to us" among other things. There was also a new phone call sent out, which apparently had Morse code with this message:

It's worth noting that Hale received a serum from a different doctor for some unexplained reason.
