hey guys. i was wondering. what's the olympic record for points in a basketball game? i searched for it but couldn't find it.
I think Oscar Schmidt had some games where he put up 50+, maybe even 60 in 1984. EDIT: wrong, it was 55 and it was in 1988 vs. Spain. http://abc.net.au/olympics_1996/basketba.htm
nice they need to update the records though... yao ming is the tallest to play in the olympics now. 55 points? Yao can get there... maybe in 08 when he has more stamina.
