She asked whether she was screwed or was OK, so I haven't said YES or NO or "hey, this means you're good!"... I'm just letting her know what my friend answered, just passing on the info. I'm not asking my friend that this is for me or for a friend, I'm just asking about what her company does... so she tells me. You're right, they all handle it differently. I've never said "this is how they all work."
