Reading my latest issue of TSN, it says that Francis has been eating less salt in his diet, as well as taking water solution pills, to help flush salt out of his system. Apparently, it has helped, but hasn't fully cured the migraines.

Not sure if this was posted yet or not...

That's pretty much the regimen they suggested when they found out it was (at least in part) Meniere's disease. I'm glad to see its helping, but a bit disappointed that it hasn't eliminated the headaches completely.

Hopefully Steve will make that trip to the Mayo clinic while his shoulder is healing, and those specialists can give a complete remedy.

He also needs to quit drinking and listen to his doctors advice.

I also heard that if it is one ear, they can go in and surgically cut the nerve that is causing the problem and it will cure the Menieres completly.

I've heard you should avoid caffeine also.

Okay Steve, no beer, wine, coffee, soda, pizza, popcorn, steak (no more Ruth's Chris), hot dogs, bacon, or chicken wings.

Damn. That's like, everything a man puts into his mouth.

    Asparagus, anyone? Cabbage?

    Mmmm...

Acupuncture will help in the situation of bad headaches. I do not know if Fran tried this but it will definitely help aleveiate pressure. For more information on migraine conditions go to www.garynull.com

Dakota, that causes deafness in the ear. Cuttino could play without hearing his teammates and coaches, but not Stevie.
