Earlier I said that I wanted to do the rest of this sim session in quicker sessions. However, some have suggested to me that we do the rest of the regular season in a day, and the playoffs later that day or the following day, so the new sim can begin as soon as possible. What are everyone's thoughts on this? Should we finish this season at a little bit faster pace, or go ahead and go to the new sim, and crown a champion in the next few days? I don't mind, whatever you guys want to do...
I say stop the sim now and not bother with finishing the season. It's not like the winning team would be seen in the same light as the past champions. Let's not tarnish the championship by doing this...
Well, BGM, it wouldn't be any different. Just like an earlier trading deadline. All stopping during the season does is allow more time for trades-- it just pauses the season. I don't think a month earlier trading deadline will cause an asterisk...
How about we just start the playoffs now. I would really hate to see the team I have built to get washed away.

umm a revolution and i missed it ok well just hand me the regular season youwhimps cat if you are gonna finish the season out how about you do it over the next week and do the playoffs as per usual thatas still a hell of a lot faster than what you have been doing

Well, I do agree with VOR and Heath's suggestions here and in the chat, so what will happen is this. Starting tomorrow, I will sim about 15 games per day for the next three days, and the season will be over Wednesday. I will then do the playoffs Thursday night (I will set a time for all to be here as we do the games). Saturday we can start the new sim. However, trading for the new sim, etc. can begin now, if you wish. I know there's been some talk in the chat, so if you guys want to make a new trade discussion thread, etc., and get started. CK, I'll be getting it tomorrow, probably, but for PS1. Same thing, just less graphics for the actual game play.
