I may have missed it, but are the Rockets going to have the Red Rowdies this season? And if so when are the tryouts going to be. Any info would be great.

sigh every time i see a thread like this it just depresses me on how I cant be a rowdy. I envy all of you soo much
ill be rowdy in my seat with my hands to my side way in the upper deck. I have to save myself for April.
Thr rowdies are the result of what is wrong with our arena. We have crappy fans so we get a bunch people to act like idiots in the baseline upper bowl. There should be no need for rowdies. It's like it is a quick fix for something that is completely broken. I don't understand why Houston doesn't get behind the Rockets.
The problem is we have too many Rockets fans that talk alot behind a computer screen and b**** and moan about the lack of energy of the TC crowd when they themselves aren't there. You gotta walk the walk before you can talk the talk. Any true Rockets fans that have followed them throughout the years knows not to expect a lively college atmosphere or some of the better energetic NBA arenas at the TC. It is what it is.
