Anyone buy a recliner recently for a decent price? I'm looking to spend no more than $400. Most big comfy ones appear to be $800+. Any ideas?

And don't say craigslist, Im looking for new furniture, not used with stains.

Anyone bought any furniture from Dream Rooms Furniture (8622 Eastex Freeway)? They post stuff on craigslist (new) and everything is priced very low.

    Try Big Lots.

Just make sure they give you a new one if you buy. You never know at those places. I think they buy a lot of slightly defective stuff for cheap. I bought a cheap couch there that is pretty decent.

Go take a look at Ashley Furniture. We picked up a couple of extremely nice leather recliners a couple years ago for about 500 each. Oversized, cushy, soft leather. Very nice recliners.

go to mason road in katy, next to fiesta is kcm , i was skeptical at first , i always buy ikea,

however, i saw a nearly brand new wide, cushiony, vinyl or leather tan recliner great working condition for $20. yes 20. they have full size sofas that recline on both ends for $15 yes 15. but you have to move it home yourself, they help pack it for you,but its usually all cloth.and some odd colors

i got me a recliner cloth that is a rocker also, for $20 plus spent another $20 on a dresser with selves that i put my tv on, then I spent $2 on 8 vhs movies, and they had every great movie until i went back and bought another 10 movies, top gun, back to future, mission impossible,etc....i know everybody has blu ray and dvd,so do i, but i have a svhs vcr that looks almost dvd,and you can really boost your collection fast if you know how to uncode vhs to dvd-r.

We bought one of these Stressless recliners yesterday. They are a little expensive, but they are incredibly comfortable and look good. The only downside is that they are made in Norway and it will take 16 weeks for the chair to arrive at our home.
