Reason Why We Lose

    The reason why we lose is our turnovers. Take a look at this boxscore from tonights game:
    Rockets@Knicks 2/26/03

    Look at the turnovers: Rockets 19 -- Knicks 12

    Now, we did shoot 50%. But that 50% means nothing if we only put up 62 shots compared to the other teams 76 shots. We can't win if we don't get more offense and get more shots up. Those 7+ TO's in this game means alot. Take care of the ball, make smart passes, don't overdo it on the fastbreaks and the lead passes. Cut down the TO's, make smart passes, and cut without the ball to get open looks. All that will equal more wins.

    like a shooter told me.... it wont go it if you dont shoot it up

    Exactly. We have decent shooters on our team. I want to see the Knicks beat us in a shootout if we both took 76 shots tonight. if we did, I can gurantee a 15+ point win for us.

    Cuttino did awesome in the first half last night. He just wasnt getting his feet set and in rhythm to shoot the ball when he was passed the rock.
