I prefer most vegetables raw, such as carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, bell pepper, celery, sprouts, lettuce and tomatoes. I like some veggies sauteed in olive oil or grilled, such as squash, zucchini, eggplant, onions, and artichokes. I love spinach, either raw or cooked. Spinach is amazing.
Fatty's artichoke pictures got my appetite going...that is heaven in my mouth. Havent had that in a long time, need to get my hands on it. So damn good.
I agree on the steamed artichokes being great... And in this particular case, the bigger the artichoke the better they are IMO
