I know there is no way we can afford him, or put together a group of players to trade for him, but what is his status?? Is this his last year of his contract with Portland? Now that we traded the Rice contract, we could not use it for part of a trade with Portland. We need a power forward in the worst way. Just wondering....
He is in his last year with Portland but he has backed away from playing in the low post and prefers to take jumpers instead.His rebounding has also gone down and he is still prone to getting a lot of technicals. I would pass up on him even if we had a remote chance of getting him.
