Just drive to Round Rock. The office there is much smaller, but I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my license. 10 minutes + 30 minute drive beats 3 hours of waiting any day.

 

I've been through the one on 183 up by Lakeline in minutes in the past.

 

If you are talking about the Health Reform bill that is now law, what part of it do you not understand?

If you are talking about Single Payer, I think we are decades away from that happening in this country.
