I have to go to an Orthopedic Surgeon to see what he can figure out with my knee. I'm dead positive it is a torn medial meniscus, and my regular doctor agrees. We just have to get it confirmed, and try and stay away from surgery.

I had to change the brake pads and rotors on my 1987 Chrysler Lebaron tonight. Its only other owner was an 85 year old lady, so it only has 37 thousand miles on it, but God, is it ever rusty. It took us an hour and a half to jar two rusty bolts loose. My hands ache horrible from it.

I don't want to go into work for my five hour shift tomorrow.

I lived in Albuquerque, and a dry heat is a dry heat...Much more unbearable when you add humidity, IMHO...

    Gracias...

Oh, c'mon. Someone had to do it. I'm just taking one for the team.

    Other random thoughts:
    1) Where does Jason's Deli get those gigantor mutant baked potatoes? Am I safe eating them, or will I turn green like The Hulk?
    2) In my life-long hunt for the world's best cheese broccoli soup, The Black-Eyed Pea has retained its lead for about 20 years now.
    3) How come I can get on the Westpark Tollway easily from the Sam Houston Tollway, but not vice versa? What about 249 and the Sam Houston Tollway, too? Geez, it's not like Houston is devoid of giant interchange bridges.
    4) How is Battlestar Galactica not worthy of ANY emmy nominations?
    5) I recently switched breakfast bars from the Cinnamon Toast Crunch ones to the Special K ones. The Special K ones (vanilla) actually taste better. WTF?

I wonder why, in soccer, Italy wears blue on the national uniform when their flag colors are red, white, & green.

The zipper was first publically displayed at the 1893 World's Fair in Chicago, along with the debuts of Shredded Wheat, the ferris wheel and the Pledge of Alliegence.

When I had an eBay empire, I sold Mark Mothersbaugh, lead singer of Devo, a sketch pad.
