    1. Had "THE SNAKE" finally removed yesterday. And no I'm not a woman now.

    2. Sat between 2 people smoking weed Saturday night because I have writers block. Not writing many new jokes but my short story about smoking a cigarette with a burn victim is coming along nicely.

    3. I'm afraid of wearing a wireless headset because I don't know sign language.

    4. The Irony of Homeless.com. A home page but no...

    5. Can a ghost be startled?

    6. In Fatty's thread about losing his class ring I said that if he was stupid enough to lose it in a strip bar he was too stupid to have graduated in the first place. Later I remembered that I had lost me wedding ring the same way.
    APOLOGIES FATTY.

    8) Hooters Swimsuit competition is next Tuesday night at the Aladdin, where we stayed...The rooms are nice, but the layout kinda sucks...The self-park is like a mile away from registration...That sucked...

    9) Jessica Alba is smokin' hot...

    10) Jessica Biel isn't bad either...

Dude that sounds familiar. I am 37 and play Ultimate. I am more than 10 years older than most of the guys I play with. I was one of the most athletic guys out there 5 years ago. Now I can hardly cut due to achilles tendonitis. I mostly handle now so its not too much of a problem.

Yeah, I handle a lot more than I used to, but damn I miss being able to get open at will and leaving the college youngsters in my dust.

Do you play in Houston? I play in the Baltimore area. It's a pretty big scene. We have about 12 teams in the Monday Night Summer League, another 8 or so in Wed. league, a club team and a masters club team.

What if you are playing Ultimate, when all of a sudden a dog steals your frisbee and runs away with it? Game over?

No, you perform an elaborate field purifying ritual that involves the sacrifice of a near at hand non-Ultimate playing smartass. After that its GAME ON!

-I recently saw Harold and Kumar Go To White Castle. How did I miss this movie the first time around? I laughed my ASS off. Probably the funniest movie I've seen in the last 10 years. Funnier than Wedding Crashers, 40 Year Old Virgin, Old School, and all the other 'Johnny come lately' comedies put together.

-Diet 7up tastes like the nector of the gods, but diet Sprite tastes like spinal fluid. It's probably because one has Splenda and one doesn't.

^ You drink spinal fluid? I usually just chew on the vertebrae

I have tendonitis too and it sucks monkey balls.. but it gives me a good excuse to park my 25-year-old non-Ultimate-playing ass on the couch, so no complaints there

I knew Jessica Alba was going to be HOT once I watched Flipper.. eye for talent eh

Thoughts that led to cool inventions

flame thrower: If only there were a way to set something on fire without having to get near it and possibly burn yourself...

chainsaw: You know what would be cool...if I could cut through something in like five seconds!

sledgehammer: This hammer is OK, but a really big hammer would be even better!

machine gun: Instead of one bullet coming out when I pull the trigger, wouldn't it be more efficient if I could hold down the trigger and have 100 bullets fly out??

rocket launcher: Those rockets being shot into space is interesting, but I wonder if they could be shot at stuff on the ground...

I play in College Station. Its mostly casual pick up games here. We don't have enough people to create a league. We do go to a few tournaments a year though.

Only made it to 98 today... we have a t-storm moving in as I type... winds and a little moisture.

6,000 acre fire on the Colorado River south of Lake Havasu and another fire with potential for harm south of Show Low, AZ. We have 1 Hot Shot crew left in the SW as the rest are in SoCal or MT and WY. Montana's cranking and the little break we get in mid-July (from a national perspective) seems to be done. We bumped up to Level 4 today and we're not too far away from Level 5...

No really huge fires like Yellowstone, but lots of good-sized ones, lots of resources committed, and lots of structures threatened... which is becoming more the norm.

If you argue, it's healthy. If you don't, then there's nothing to talk about. Talk about it. Someone was shouting, and someone was quiet. You didn't know you (or your girlfriend) were the quiet one.
I dare you to live in Phoenix. It was 116 degrees when I went by there last week with the family. it felt like HELL. Literally... the dry heat makes no heat index... it just is freakin' HOT as heck.
They're not stars. They're the jolt your brain cells get and cause them to suddenly lose a connection, so in the time they reconnect. This happens in the occipital lob, which is responsible for your visual responses.
Are you saying WE don't? I DO... oh, I still eat turkey, but p***y later.
Because they didn't know their future did not include YOU.

Random thought: rrj_gamz is my friend now, but he doesn't know it.
