does anyone here know of a site that keeps track of the avg winning percentage of the teams played by a team?

like in the 21 games played so far by the rockets the avg winning percentage of the teams were?

also like the avg percentage of the teams beaten and lost to?

just came up in my mind when I read how the only 4 times the lakers have beaten a team with a winning record (denver, clips 2x, and magic) but I was wondering the avg record of teams beaten by the rockets and teams the rockets lost to.

It also can help put some records into perspective, I dont go bothering to look at the schedules of other teams but if a team like Washington who is off to a fast start for example may have a misleading record if they played the hornets, bulls, bobcats a bunch of times (i dont know who the wizards played just saying)

any ideas where i may find something like this? i could calculate the rockets on my own, but i dont want to do it for the other 29 nba teams

that has strength of schedule listed. not exactly sure how it's calculated but it just may be the winning % of the teams they've played.

82games.com has tons of stats so they may have something like this.

yeah i just tried the rockets on my own

I got .498 like espn did

    217 wins towards 218 losses

a bit skewed with new orleans of course and the recent slide of utah since the AK injury, but still we are playing on avg so far .500 teams which is pretty tough this will come down by the end of the month.

teams that have beaten us have on avg a .524 record
teams we've beaten have on avg a .468 record

this means so far we are losing to teams that win and beating teams that lose which is not a good forumula for success in the playoffs. hopefully jvg can get this turned around and figure out how to run an offense
