Who do you think is worse? Both dom and gary are stuck with carr and now both jvg and RA are sticking with him. I think Carr was worse but the more rafer plays the closer he is getting.
excellent thread! i think they would tie. but in the end i decided reefer is worse. WE NEED A PLAYMAKER!
carr was an average to good qb...the texans ruined him because they never gave him an o-line rafer is a below average pointguard playing with 2 superstars...and he still sucks
WRONG! Rafer is an above average PG and a below average shooter. His strengths will stand out more once we figure out what the hell we're supposed to do on offense. Another stupid thread. How do you compare PGs and QBs?
There was one possesion in the 2nd half, when Rafer was essentially 1-on-1 versus Jacque Vaughn, yes, freaking JACQUE VAUGHN! And he never even thought about taking it to the rim. Pathetic.
shut up bro the only playmaking he does is handing the ball to tracy
which in turn allows Mac to do the playmaking
****ing RA supporters
PG are supposed to be the qb for basketball. He needs to make big plays, but he can't so lets have someone who can.
Says who? SOME PGs are like the QB, but not all. Was the Bulls PG their "QB" in their championship years? Yao in the high post is supposed to be our "QB", but that scheme is still in construction. If you really don't know, then I don't think anything I say to you would change your opinion about him. Enough with your over sensitive garbage. If handing the ball to Tracy was the only requirement to being a PG, then would Rafer be starting? That must mean he has OTHER skills that makes him worthy to be the starter. You just can't seem to figure that out.
Carr by farr. Despite his shortcomings at least Rafer has some redeeming qualities (ballhandling, assists). The only thing remarkable about Carr was his uncanny ability to create a sack.
Rafer's been a mediocre shooter throughout his career, and he's off to an ice-cold start this year, but people need to chill a bit. Sure, there are things to complain about, but a lot of people act like he shot their dog.
Carr is one of those players that likes to play it safe in the game. He is not a type that makes risky plays. What was his longest pass as a Texan? It was always short and safe passes. NO GUTS, NO GLORY...thats the story of his career as a Texan.
