I was just wondering are you allowed to search threads after you have become a contributing member or after posting a certain number of times. I have already become a contributing member that let me edit posts just wondering about searching. Thanks
Thanks for the info. Wonder how much he pays for the hosting of the site and bandwith cuase i got some friends who run bigcitynetworks and they have some major bandwith and i could get a great rate if i tell them it's for someone i know....
It was turned off a while back and it just got costly for him. It's easier to search for threads if you use the options on the bottom where it shows how the threads are in last posting time, descending, 5 days, etc. It might take a while, but it's the only way right now.
no search, but you can sort by date, poster or thread and you can scroll to the bottom of the Hangout page and select from a drop down menu how far back you'd like to go...
Lack of a search function is the single biggest negative with this otherwise great site. I think many people would be willing to contribute more donations in order to have search capability.
I would happily pony up money for search capabilities. Can it be turned on for individual users?? I start the bidding at $100 to get it.
