Question About Yao

    I asked this question in the game thread last night because I noticed it during last night's game.

    Unfortunately, no one answered me because they either didn't know or didn't see the question.

    The question is what is that long red scratch on the back of Yao's left arm?

    It seems like I have seen it on him in the past. Could it be some birthmark or permanent scratch or what?

    Manny...that long scratch was done by Brian Grant of the Miami Heat....Yao wore the arm band for a while to cover up the cut....now it's healed and he took it off......

    he got cut...i forgot how..but he talked about the mark before..because people were asking him is he being americanize because he wore the white band around his arm..like the other players do...he said .."i got a cut yesterday..i just wanted to cover it up..."..
