question about griffin

    is griffin close to getting 100 blocks and 100 threes? i remember he was close but i no hes been struggling lately...has he done it?

    He has like 130 blocks this season, but he won't get 100 3s, unfortunately. He has like 87 3s right now, and with four games left, he needs like 3-4 threes a game. So that 100-100 mark isn't lookin good. :(

    If only he didn't get injured.........

    What was special about this 100-100 mark is that he would be one of the few rookies to accomplish this, and he wont be a rookie next year.:(

    Players on pace to have/come close to 100 3s/100 blocks this season:

    Raef LaFrentz (203 blocks, 99 3s)
    Rasheed Wallace (97 blocks, 110 3s)
    Cliff Robinson (95 blocks, 107 3s)

    Others in the ballpark:

    EG (128 blocks, 88 3s)
    Paul Pierce (84 blocks, 205 3s)

    Shane Battier, Tracy McGrady, Dirk Nowitzki, and Eddie Jones are further back.

    Definately some rare company, and the sign of a true inside-out player. Eddie will be there soon.
