Try highlighting all the columns/rows you want printed (but only the columns rows you want)

select : File - Print Area - Set Print Area

Then click print preview ( the paper w/ the hourglass in front of it) and you will see what will print

I dont know if that would work or not, see i sorta want the whole thing, but when i went to print preview and its not going to print out every column, is there a way i can print hightlight some columns then skip over a few then highlight those columns, thinking i could select the categories that are going to be scored in the fantasy leauge i am in

You could highlight the columns you don't want and go to EDIT>DELETE, which will delete the columns you don't want and will amke the page smaller.

Where is this download? I can help you better if I could see what I am working on

Go to view-page break preview to make sure all the columns fit. From this page you can drag the page breaks around.

If there are columns you don't want the easiest thing to do is click on the column until it is all hi-lited and hit hide.

You can also go to File > Page Setup and tell it to fit to page. It will shrink the text as much as necessary to print on the number of pages you specify.

OK, here's what you do. First, delete the players first name column and the team column. Then, click on FILE>PAGE SETUP>PAGE, then make it a landscape. This will get you to a single page.

    .

When you print, use the FILE> PRINT command, then only print the pages you want. Instead of "Print All", put in "Page 1 to 5 to get the first five pages only.

It means the columns are too narrow for the data. Make the columns just a tiny bit wider and the numbers will show up.

Another thing to do is on the same PAGE SETUP window, check the MARGINS tab and reduce the side margins from .75 to .25, this will give you more room.

Oh, and thanks for the page, using it to rank my players as well!

At the top of each column where the letters are - A B C D etc. (or the side of each row 1 2 3 etc), there is a line between each letter. Hover your curser over that line till it changes to a "+" sign with arrows. When it does, click and drag to widen or narrow a column or row.

Let me send you my copy, you can save it, then make a copy to play with while you learn Excel (while still having the original to use for your sdraft)

That's my version, which I have altered slightly to fit on a page. Click on FILE>PRINT PREVIEW and it should have all the columns on there. Basically I narrowed the name columns (Ruben Boumtje Boumtje didn't need two last names!) and squeezed everything else together
