It's created and written by Mike Reiss who was executive producer of "The Simpsons" and co-created "The Critic". My favorite episode is #8. Voices by Jim J. Bullock and Billy West (who was the voice to Fry, Prof. Farnsworth, Dr. Zoidberg and Zapp Branigan on Futurama). Also some episodes feature Estelle Harris (a.k.a. Mrs. Costanza).
