Purse snatching in midtown

    In front of coco's a very intoxicated girl got her purse snatched by a vagrant who sped off on his bike into the ward. Scary.

    I've noticed lots of homeless people with bikes in midtown recently. But I have no idea what it means.

    Guess they're degentrifying the neighborhood?

    Maybe I'm a little offended because I live in Third Ward. I guess I can take solace in the fact that I can snatch the OP's purse and just go home with it, and he'll be afraid to follow me.
