Since you believe you will only get a refurbished one... isn't that the same thing as 'getting it fixed' or 'fixing it yourself'? Anyway, in case you do send it off, how about mark something INSIDE the vents or outside with a permanent marker, and see if it's the same one they send you back? If they DO notice the marking and attempt to erase it, that would be hilarious! Again, I hope you don't get mad because I said to not get mad. I wouldn't want to be in your shoes. I will do that if I do indeed send it in. And it's not something I'm overly upset about. This issue will be resolved somehow. Either I give in and send the $150, or I end up fixing it myself for cheaper. Either way, lesson learn, and it'll be good to save money while learning.
