I am really suspecting that Yao drank under nutritious powdered milk in China that is why he has weak and brittle bones. Can anyone confirm if he drank real cow's milk or powdered milk back in the 80's?
Or he could just be 7'6" 300+ pounds and suffering the same kind of problems that so many big men before him have suffered. Sheesh.
I was pondering this because both of Yao's parents were bb players and might have earned enough to supply yao with fresh cow's milk. Haha it seems like im referring to Yao as a Lab test subject.
Unless researching this fact would help heal his injury or prevent a future one, I don't know if I care what kind of milk he drank. He's big. He moves a lot. He puts a lot of pressure on his feet. He didn't take offseasons off, played year-round. What else needs to be said?
A pharmacist friend of mine told me it's never too late for Boniva. Maybe it's never too late for milk...?
From birth they knew that yao was going to be a basketball player, just like the 3 kings knew about baby jesus. I'm sure yao got the milk straight from the dairy farm.
He was raied by the government to be an Olympic champion, since he was a child. I doubt they would endanger it with that powdered worthless milk. On a side note, my cousins could only afford to buy that cheap milk in Vietnam. Both of their kids ended up with horrible tooth decay before they even turned 4 yrs old. It's not genetic, because their parents and grand parents have great teeth and bone structure and didn't drink that crap milk.
